White spaces and high temperatures

Shouldn't go together, right? I'm starting to think Dr. Jaws (new doc at ET this time) had a good point when he adviced me not to test until the 14th. Because this is torture. I got up this morning thinking that today I'd get a nice second line on my cheapo test or a drop in temp to signal the arrival of the Bloody Monster. Instead I get a white space (with something of a shadow or an illusion of a line) and a slightly elevated temp...
Trying to be patient, but this "no beta business" is driving me bonkers!

Since I don't have a good enough scanner or camera to capture the "invisa-line" I'll just post my chart this month for you to help me analyze...

  1. Confusing indeed. Could that spotting on Saturday be implantation? And could the dip in temperature up to Saturday be an implantation dip, followed by a rise after implantation? I can certainly see how your chart gives you reason to carry on hoping, and I so hope that you get a (positive) answer soon x

  2. So don't test until the 14th! Silly girl! ;)
Since you are not doing meds this time there is no "help" in symptoms - I think they enhance what you feel a little bit!
Keep your coolest hat on and wait with testing! Especially with cheapo ones - they will only give you unnecessary grief!
I'm rooting for you, DD and the ice skater! Oh for heavens sake throw in the pooch and kitty too! I root for them too! ;)

  3. Hang on in there. Distraction is the name of the game - best to hold out until it's really time. Hugs!

  6. Sorry the chart is confusing and the cheapie tests aren't cooperating. It's almost the 14th, hang in there. I would say a faint line is certainly a reason to remain hopeful!!

  7. Stay away from the cheapies!!! With my first pregnancy, I got a stark negative at 8am and then a beta blood test at 9am came back at 60!!! It's not worth the angst. If you must test, definitely splurge on the FRER.

As for charts, I had a similar dip at 9dpo and then went back up. It's a good sign.... :)

  8. That looks like a great chart to me. Isn't that what they call tri-phasic? Or am I thinking of something else? I haven't charted in awhile. I say wait till the 14th to test and keep your brain busy!! Blog, read, get out of the house! Do something that keeps you away from those darn pee sticks!! I'm praying for you and keeping my fingers crossed!! And I'm sending you lots and lots of Hugs!!

  9. So difficult to wait!!! Very confusing chart - just try to hang in there and be patient. I know, just about impossible... :)

  10. Sorry you are having to wait... I think I agree with the first poster though, that could be a dip and some implantation spotting...

    Stay positive! It looks good..!

  11. I think your chart looks awesome. Maybe the cheapo tests are just crappy. Still hoping for you!
